You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery, only if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

2.⁠ ⁠What are the conditions for a valid return?

•⁠ ⁠Product must be unused and unassembled
•⁠ ⁠Must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals
•⁠ ⁠Valid proof of purchase must be provided

3.⁠ ⁠Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. The following are non-returnable:
•⁠ ⁠Used or assembled products
•⁠ ⁠Customized or made-to-order gym setups
•⁠ ⁠Opened accessories (grips, attachments, leather accessories etc.)
•⁠ ⁠Products purchased during clearance or warehouse sales (unless defective)

5.⁠ ⁠What is the refund process?

•⁠ ⁠Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
•⁠ ⁠If approved, a refund is processed within 7–10 business days.

6.⁠ ⁠Who bears the return shipping cost?

•⁠ ⁠If eligible, reverse pickup will be arranged at no extra cost.
•⁠ ⁠In non-serviceable areas, customers may be asked to self-ship, and the cost will be reimbursed (as per standard limits).

7.⁠ ⁠Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
