Return & Refund Policy

• Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is considered final. No changes, modifications, additions, deletions, or alterations to the order will be accepted under any circumstances.
• We do not have a cancellation policy. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer for any reason.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and confirmed.
• Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  
  To be eligible for a replacement or exchange:
  
  * The issue must be reported within the specified inspection period after delivery.
  * Supporting photographs or videos of the damage/defect may be required.
  * The product must not have been misused, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  
  Upon verification of the claim, the product may be repaired, replaced, or exchanged at our discretion.

• Approved returns due to damage, defects, or incorrect items will only qualify for replacement, repair, or exchange. Such cases will not be treated as order cancellations, and no refunds will be issued.
• By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances; products are eligible only for replacement or exchange in cases of verified manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or incorrect delivery.
