Paid assembly service covers all machines purchased under the same order.
5. Customer Responsibility – Unloading:
Unloading needs to be done by the customer only. Jerai Fitness is not responsible for the same.
6. Pricing & Promotions:
Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Warranty:
Manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) requires proof of purchase and is valid only under the terms stated in the product description.
8. No Return No Exchange:
Return and Exchange will only be applicable on Manufacturing defect in the product.
9. Force Majeure:
Delivery and service timelines may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, weather conditions, or government regulations.
10. Product space fit:
Please ensure you thoroughly check the product dimensions and confirm that your available home space can accommodate it before placing your order.
11. Shipping charges:
Shipping charges for the products will be calculated separately and will be borne by the customer. If the customer refuses to accept delivery of the products and a refund is required to be processed, all applicable transportation, shipping, return freight, and related logistics costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.
12. Modifications after order placed:
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances; products are eligible only for replacement or exchange in cases of verified manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or incorrect delivery.
13. Verification Document:
Verification for Orders Above ₹2 Lakhs: For orders exceeding ₹2 lakhs, customers are required to submit their PAN Card and GST Certificate (if GST details are provided in the order) for verification and order processing.
14. Assembly Charges:
If the customer opts for one assembly service, it will cover the assembly of all machines included in the same order. Customers do not need to purchase assembly separately for each machine.
